Case Study #1: Main Street Movie House, Bradford, PA
Dipson Theatres operated this movie theater location for over 40 years. It was eventually sold to another operator, who only managed it for a year before the City of Bradford ended up assuming control. The city hired us to manage this location again for several years until a local business entrepreneur was able to negotiate a contract for operation. Dipson consulted with the new operator for some time during and after the transition and continues to be a regular resource of information for the current management.

Originally, Dipson Theatres managed this cinema for the owner of the complex.
